European Hydrogen week

For the first time, the European Hydrogen Week will take place from the 23rd to the 27th November 2020. There are a series of events that will all be digital and the registration is already open.

The European Hydrogen Forum organized by the European Commission and the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking will take place from the 26th to the 27th November. The forum will focus on the market opportunities of hydrogen technologies and the role of green hydrogen will play in the transition towards a clean-energy Europe.

PrioritHy: How hydrogen can bring recovery, growth and jobs for Europe, 25th November 2020. The German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure together with the National Organisation Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology (NOW) and Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) will discuss approaches towards a hydrogen economy. Both NOW and FCH JU have a large experience in terms of fuel cell and hydrogen development in Europe.

The FCH JU Programme Review Days (PRD), 23th and 24th November 2020                           

An event that will showcase over 100 projects that are currently being developed under FCH JU. The sessions will discuss:

The scaling-up of Electrolysers

Hydrogen in Transport

Sectoral Integration

Hydrogen in the Energy Grid

Market Uptake and Standardisation.

The Best Ourtreach, Best Success Story and Best Innovation FCH JU Awards will be awarded for the fourth time on 24th November. They also foresee a Young Scientist award category.
